why are not all people saved...

3 logical reasons...
1st semi-Christian (Arminian and Lutheran caricature of Reformed position)
2nd anti-Christian (Arminian position)
3rd Christian view (Reformed & Lutheran position)

1st
presupposition - God treats all people the same
God saves so if a person is saved God did it, likewise if a man is damned it's God's fault.

2nd
presupposition -  God treats all people the same, and Man has a Free-Will
Man saves himself via his Free-will decision to become saved or get saved or stay saved, likewise if a man is not saved its man's fault.

3rd
presupposition - The Bible is true; cancelling out the first 2 presuppositions
God saves so if a man is saved God did it, if a man is damned its God's righteous judgement for that man's sin including disobedience to the command of repentance and faith, thus its the sinners fault.
